small foundation with a big impact

Newsletter December 2020

16-01-2021
2020 hasn't been easy on all of us. COVID-19 turned our world upside down. Traveling became a lot more difficult, if not impossible. Our Tanzanian staff and children had to implement and follow new safety measures. Our Dutch board had to postpone their scheduled trips to Tanzania. We had to overcome big challenges.
Luckily we can also reflect on a lot of positive things that happened. With the help of our sponsors and staff we were able to continue providing a caring environment at both Kikatiti and Ngorika home and were able to provide more than 400 children with education. As a result of this education, we celebrated the graduation of 40 children last month. You can read more about this celebration in this newsletter, where you can also find our fundraising action for the new library we want to build!
